First Snow of the Season

Yesterday we woke up to our first snow of the season!

The kids were out of school, due to parent/teacher conferences.  

I could not wait to get some photos.

I absolutely love when it snows and sticks to the ground and trees, but not the roads. 

I was hoping to get a Christmas card worthy photo too.

I think I did, but I'm keeping it secret for now...Sorry, mom!

These still need some slight editing, but overall I'm super excited to check something off my Christmas "to do" list!
