Last week we were out shopping and Lucy saw this cute bike and said she wanted a "big girl" bike and was ready to learn to ride. This of course, made Jeff super happy. He's been wanting to teach Lucy to ride for about 2 years, but she just was not into it. Now, she's off and riding on her new wheels!!!

Just so you feel better, EVERYONE in Europe rides a bike and I have not seen ONE helmet. Little kids ride on the back while their parents peddle and they have no helmet.
I support helmets, but I honestly did even notice she wasn't wearing one.
