Thinking of my girl....

Please, keep Lucy in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow.   She is having dental surgery to remove 4 baby teeth.  Lucy is getting her adult teeth and has no room for them.  Good news is....the tooth fairy will be making a visit and Lucy's hoping for a big payout!

Jack {10 year trip}

Jack is so excited.....he and Jeff leave tomorrow for LEGO LAND!  

Jeff and I told the kids a few years ago that we were over hosting big birthday parties.  We suggested foregoing big parties in exchange for a "10 year trip" the kids agreed.  

Olivia went to St Louis to visit cousins for her 10 year trip and now, it's Jack's turn.  

Jack is a LEGO fanatic and he is over the moon about visiting Lego Land. 

  I'm sending Jeff with my camera and hoping they get some good photos.  

Lucy has already decided for her 10 year trip, she's going to Tennessee to visit Zoe (her China sister).  :)

I'm in M Mode!!!

It's official....I have ventured into Manual Mode on my camera!  There is no turning back, I'm hooked!  I  am lovin my photography class.  

I took these photos of Lucy today while she was playing around in the grass.  I also did some photoshop action on it.  So much fun!

Grammy Time

My mom, AKA Grammy came to visit us.  She came for 10 fun-filled days.  I had to take her to the airport this morning, now I'm sad.  We had so much fun showing Grammy all the fun things in Spokane.  

 We went to Manito Park not once, but twice.  It is my favorite place in Spokane.  The gardens are beautiful and so fragrant.  Grammy loved it too.

Short and Sassy

Lucy Lu is sporting a new "do"  short and sassy.  We are still enjoying our time with Grammy.  We have a fun weekend planned. 

 Tonight we are going to a baseball game, tomorrow we are going to the lake and Sunday we are going to pick cherries.  

I just started my photography class last night and I'm super excited.  I'm hoping to get some great shots this weekend.

I just wanted to post these cute photos I took last night at Duncan Gardens.  My mom is in town visiting from Kansas City and we are having fun showing her around.   We have a ton of fun things planned this week and I will be posting more photos soon.

BMX

Jack has started BMX racing.  He had his first race on Saturday and took 3rd place.  He has another race this week and he will be going to BMX camp too.  Looks like our little guy has found a new hobby.  :)
