Jack has been participating in Vision Therapy for almost 6 months now. I spoke about it earlier here. Jack has been working really hard to correct his inability to eye track properly. He was originally slated to be in therapy until August and he ended up graduating from the program this past week. Way to go Jack!!!!!! His teacher told me that Jack is now reading at a 5th grade level! His confidence is way up and it's been great to see the changes in his attitude.
Below is a photo of Jack and Ms Pat. Ms Pat was Jack's vision therapist and Jack and her have become very close throughout this process. He will miss seeing Ms Pat every week. He even says it's "bitter sweet" that he won't be seeing Ms Pat every week.
Jeff told Jack a few weeks ago...."you finish eye therapy and I will buy you a motor-cross bike"
So, on Tuesday, Jeff came home from work with a motor-cross bike!!!! Jack was thrilled!!!!
