Today, we got information on Lucy's foster mom in China. Her name is Yu Mei Ling and she has a son who is 18 and a daughter who's 20. Julie at Pearl River Outreach said that Yu Mei Ling was overcome with emotion when seeing Lucy's book and was even showing the photo book to the other foster mothers. She cared deeply for Lucy and was happy to see she is happy and healthy. I cannot tell you how excited and overcome with emotion we are to have this information. I knew from day one that Lucy was in a loving environment before we were able to bring her home. One day I hope to meet and thank this lovely woman in person.

Priceless indeed. It is wonderful to know that she was loved and safe, until you were able to make her part of your family. She has enriched your lives to the fullest!
