Still Hunting...

We are trying to decide between this house....
 or this one....
HA HA HA!!!!  I wish!!!!  :)

Over the past week we have seen some fabulous interior features such as box beam ceilings,
 cute built ins,
  amazing great rooms

and fun kitchens.

We've seen unique homes,
 and sweet homes,

 and homes we wish were for sale....

32 houses in all and still not one to call "home."   It's been fun, it's been exhausting!  Now, we wait and hope that more will come on the market in the next few weeks.  To be continued.....

Playing at our new park {Manito}

 We decided to explore the local park yesterday.  We are looking at homes that are just blocks away from this gorgeous park.  I can't wait to see what it looks like in the summer.  The kids enjoyed it so much they asked to go back today.  I have a feeling we will be spending lots of time here.

This is one of the beautiful tree lined streets we are looking to live on.  The hunt continues.....

More Spring Break Fun....

 Radio Flyer wagon slide

 Spokane Falls is an amazing sight from the ground and from above in the gondola.

The Tooth Fairy Found Lucy!

Lucy Lu finally lost her first tooth!  She has been wiggling it for weeks and wondering if the tooth fairy would find her in Washington.  I'm happy to report the tooth fairy did find Lucy, she took her tooth and left her two dollars!

Spring Break {WA Style}

Here's a sneak peak of our week in Washington State.  I'm sure the kids would much rather be at Disney than house hunting.  :)

I hope to post photos of our new home soon.  I'm hoping/praying we find it soon.

Busy {so busy}

These are just some random photos I've taken over the past couple of weeks of Jack and Lucy.  I knew I couldn't post without photos.

We have been crazy, super busy.  We are doing everything to our house that we have wanted to do for the past 10 years, just so we can sell it.  HA!
We've done tiling, painting, major organizing and cleaning.

 I have never had anyone clean my house before.  I have always done it myself and luckily, Jeff does help me out.

I thought we should have a cleaning service come in and do a deep clean before we went on the market. I called around a few places and finally decided on a local company.  They told me they were sending out a crew of two to clean my home for approximately three hours.  I was thrilled.....I couldn't wait to have my whole house professionally cleaned.  Well, guess what?  They never showed up.  Can you believe it?  I was so disappointed.

So, today Jeff and I cleaned, I mean DEEP cleaned the house all day.  Whew!  It looks better than it did the day we moved in.  I know I will sleep well tonight, I'm exhausted.  We go on the MLS tomorrow!  We're ready!

Daisy Turns 2

Our sweet Daisy Doodle turned 2 yesterday.

We had a little party last night with cupcakes.  This is Daisy after she ate her doggie cupcake (complete with red icing)  from the barkery.  :)

The kids had fun singing happy birthday to her and giving her much love and attention on her special day.  Unfortunately, Olivia missed out on the party, she's away at winter camp.

Our Big News....

Here is our big news that I've been hinting about for months.  We are moving.  We are sad to leave beautiful Colorado, but we are excited to start our new adventure in Washington state.
Our house goes on the market next week and we are hoping/praying it will sell quickly.
In the meantime, it's back to organizing, cleaning and staging!  :)
