April Snow brings May??????

Here we are the end of April and we got a BIG spring snowstorm....about 18 inches!  The kids had early release from school on Friday and they played in the snow all afternoon until it was almost dark out.  It's now just 5 days later and it's 75 degrees!  I love living in Colorado!

More Missouri Fun

Here are some more photos of our trip to Missouri.  We were able to stop in at Kansas City on our way to and from St Louis.  We got to see everyone, including  my brother, Bryan who just happened to be home from Iraq  for his two week leave.  It was so good to see him.   Jack and Olivia were lucky enough to get to celebrate their 8th and 11th birthdays twice, once in St Louis and again in Kansas City.  We had a very busy 10 day trip, but we had a wonderful time visiting  with everyone!

50th Anniversary Party

We went to St Louis to celebrate Jeff's parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. We, along with Jeff's brother and sisters hosted a party for them on Saturday, March 22nd. We had a fabulous time honoring Art and Loretta with many extended family members and friends. The kids really had fun dancing. I don't think Lucy or Jack took a break the whole evening. Jack was having the time of his life dancing with his cousin Anna. It was a great party!

This is how Jack and Anna looked most of the evening, even during fast songs.
